Coaching and consulting to address practice building and practice management issues.
Supervision
Ongoing clinical supervision is an invaluable form of professional development for both new and experienced mediators. It also counts towards the CPD requirements for FDRP registration and NMAS re-accreditation. Supervision offers the opportunity to reflect on your practice, to address any challenges or questions that may have arisen during client sessions and to focus on professional goals and future directions.
Jack Ellis provides both individual and group clinical supervision that offers:

Flexible hours, locations or via video conference

A warm, collegial approach that will both support you and challenge you to reflect on best practice when assessing or case-planning difficult or complex cases

Emphasises professional standards, ethical conduct and the importance of self care

Supports a structured approach to reflective thinking around clinical practice and case planning

Addresses issues relating to clinical risk management, safety planning, vulnerable parties and making appropriate referrals or ‘at risk’ reports.

Provides training in specific practice issues/areas of complexity upon request

Provides confirmation of attendance/hours for your CPD records
Fees

$150 plus GST per hour for individuals or groups of up to 4 practitioners

Coaching and Consulting
With careers spanning dispute resolution, law, psychology, communications and marketing, Jack and Julia have a keen interest in sharing their professional insights and experience with other practitioners who might be starting out in the field of mediation or who are looking to grow their private practice and increase referrals.
We provide coaching and consulting in the areas of professional development and training, advice for new practitioners, surviving and thriving in private practice and marketing your services online and offline. We can advise on the dos and don’ts of starting your own mediation practice, creating a unique business profile, building a solid referral base and outsourcing key tasks to avoid burn-out.
