Our Fees

We provide a transparent fee schedule without unexpected extra charges

Initial 15-minute phone call with each party or their legal representative - No Fee
Pre-Mediation session with each party - $450 plus GST per party.
Mediation Session (half day) - $1,250 plus GST per party.
Mediation session (full day) - $2,500 plus GST per party

The above fees for Mediation and Family Dispute Resolution are inclusive of drafting agreements (i.e. no extra cost for drafting Mediation Agreements or Parenting Plans), emails and other minor incidentals. Phone calls over 15 minutes, reviewing Court documents, reviewing clients’ financial disclosure, preparing balance sheets, etc. will be charged at our pro rata hourly rate of $450 plus GST per hour. This hourly rate is billed in 15-minute increments.

Hourly rate for reviewing parties’ documents and financial disclosure, issuing certificates, etc. - $450 plus GST

Cancellation Fees: Cancellation, reschedule or failure to attend with less than three working days’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50 per cent of the cost of the scheduled session. Only the party cancelling will be required to pay this cancellation fee.

Collaborative Practice Fees:

Hourly rate - $500 per hour, plus GST

Cancellation Fees: Cancellation, reschedule or failure to attend with less than three working days’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50 per cent of the cost of the scheduled session. Only the party cancelling will be required to pay this cancellation fee.

Separation & Divorce Coaching Fees:

Initial 15-minute phone call - No Fee
Hourly rate - $500 per hour, plus GST

Cancellation Fees: Cancellation, reschedule or failure to attend with less than three working days’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50 per cent of the cost of the scheduled session.

Family Conference Fees:

Initial 15-minute phone call No Fee
Pre-Mediation session with each party - $225 plus GST per party.
Family Conference (half day) - $2,500 plus GST - this fee is divided between all participants unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation, reschedule or failure to attend with less than three working days’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50 per cent of the cost of the scheduled session. Only the party cancelling will be required to pay this cancellation fee.

Hourly rate - $200 per hour, plus GST
Half-day Training Rate: $700 plus GST
Full-day Training Rate: $1200 plus GST

Practitioner (Mediator) Support and Clinical Supervision Fees:

Initial phone call - No Fee
Hourly rate - $200 per hour plus GST
This hourly rate is for groups of up to four practitioners (i.e. group sessions are charged at the same rate)
