Family Dispute Resolution Fees

As Family Mediation specialists, we are aware of the financial pressures that result from separation and divorce and believe that clients deserve transparency and predictability when it comes to being billed for services. Our aim is to keep you out of a contested Court process and our services come at a fraction of the cost of protracted litigation, which can run into tens of thousands of dollars.

 

Unlike many practices, we will not charge you for sundry items such as emails, faxes and photo-copying, which often results in costs spiralling out of control.

Referrals

Sydney Dispute Resolution understands that clients may require a suite of services to help navigate the fall-out from separation and divorce, ranging from legal advice, financial planning, psychological support, as well as mediation. We have established relationships with practitioners in other fields to facilitate referrals, whilst ensuring clients retain complete control over their decision-making. While most disputes can be resolved outside of Court, we encourage you to seek independent legal and financial advice prior to Family Dispute Resolution.
