Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
We provide practical training, coaching and professional support for mediators, FDRPs, lawyers and organisations working with conflict. Our programs draw on extensive experience in mediation practice, university teaching, professional training, supervision and assessment.
Training and practitioner support can be tailored to individual practitioners or teams and may include skills development, reflective practice, case consultation, accreditation preparation and assistance with complex or challenging practice areas. Our approach is practical, supportive and grounded in real-world dispute resolution practice.
