Family Conferences
Our Family Conferences help adult siblings, or parents and adult children, move beyond conflict and preserve or rebuild important relationships.
A Family Conference provides a structured and respectful setting in which family members can discuss difficult issues, share different perspectives and agree on practical steps going forward. The process is future-focused and can address communication, boundaries, family responsibilities and decisions that may otherwise continue to create relationship conflict.
The conference can involve all family members meeting together or a combination of joint and separate discussions, depending on what will be most constructive. Sessions are conducted either online or face-to-face at our offices in the Sydney CBD.
