About Us
Sydney Dispute Resolution is a leading provider of mediation and Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) services to clients in the Sydney metropolitan area, including the City, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and North Shore.
Our team of experienced mediators and FDR practitioners deals with all areas of Family and Commercial Disputes and provides a cost-effective, confidential and timely alternative to protracted court proceedings.
Working collaboratively, we can assist you in drawing up a Mediation Agreement or Parenting Plan, which can form the basis of a binding contract or Consent Orders. As accredited FDR practitioners, registered with the Attorney General’s Department, we can also issue section 60I certificates where appropriate.
Our consulting rooms in the CBD, Edgecliff, and Lower North Shore are all located close to public transport and with some off-street parking available.

Recently Separated? Find out more about our SOS Sorting Out Separation Program
Our dedicated “SOS Interim Mediation” package has been specially designed for clients who have only recently separated and who may be struggling with issues such as living under the same roof, what to tell the children, immediate financial concerns and conflict with their ex- partner.
For clients who may not be ready to make longer term decisions about parenting and property, our SOS interim mediation program can help with transition arrangements, and provide some stability until more permanent arrangements can be worked out.

Mediation is a cost effective, confidential and timely alternative to litigation for a diverse range of disputes. Sydney Dispute Resolution offers mediation for commercial and workplace disputes. We also conduct community consultation sessions and facilitate the resolution of public-arena disputes.
